Material source:

Ordinary residential project, waste from renovation of Farglory headquarters

Material features:

Using common construction site leftovers such as rebar, wood, cement, safety nets and construction site manuscripts as the media, the handmade collages tell the story of the construction site.

Collage, City

The diverse cityscape in the work is a collage of construction site waste of different materials as well as newspapers and magazines from different countries.

The city also symbolizes the integration of many different ethnic groups, who should accept and respect one another, appreciate the differences between one another, and share rights and obligations equally.

Collage, Honor

The trophy in the center of the work was constructed using a glove and a geometrically-shaped marble , conveying the message that the realization of all construction projects starts with a pair of hands, and that the shared efforts of designers and engineers are the cornerstones of Farglory’s success and stability.

The trophy is also a symbol of honor and a reminder to the people of Farglory to put safety first and to never forget to wear gloves before starting construction work.

The design for the renovation of the 16th floor is hidden in the artwork.

Collage, Scenery

The natural landscape in the work was formed using a collage of materials and images such as plants, wood, glass, cement, gravel, stone walls and white painted walls.
The mountains, forests and the lines that depict the river in the work were outlined using common waste materials found in construction sites.
The red sun symbolizes the circle in a cycle; humanity must have respect for the natural environment in order to continue living and develop sustainably.
