Light fixtures in the restrooms

Plastics generated from household waste were recycled and remade into a brand-new building material that can be used in large quantities.

Recycled granite discarded during the renovation of each floor was remade into synthetic quartz stone, which was used for the walls, floor and vanity top of each restroom.

Material features:

Assembled with discarded wood, formwork and various types of construction cite waste.

The shelves are made of wood from various types of discarded formwork that were re-cut and assembled. The feature is shown through the original color of the wood in different shades. The surface still retains the rust-etched nail holes from where the nails were removed.
The overall design echoes this floor’s focus on creativity by doing away with traditional bookcases that are closed and heavy, and opting for an open design in the hope of stimulating the emergence of more inspirational ideas.
