Material features:

The rebar once served as structural reinforcement in buildings, while the foam and fabric are made from repurposed furniture and textiles.

The chair’s frame is made of recycled rebar salvaged from a construction site, bent into a stable and supportive form. The cushion is filled with 85% recycled polyurethane foam and wrapped in fabric woven from recycled fibers. With its minimal use of materials, the design creates a lightweight piece of furniture that is both movable and suitable for individual use.
