Collaborating with Farglory Real Estate, we have brought the Construction Waste Upcycling Project into Farglory’s reception centers through a traveling exhibition, making our sustainability efforts more visible and easier for the public to understand. This stop brings us to the “Farglory Play Ground” reception center in Beitun, Taichung, curated and executed by our partner META Design. The exhibition highlights the spirit of FG Next, the transformation process of the wood formwork chair, and the many green partners who have worked with us along the way.

A Visual Interpretation of Our Brand Philosophy
One of the highlights of the exhibition is the “hexagon star installation”, created by META Design using reclaimed wood formwork and recycled stainless steel sheets. The hexagon star symbolizes the two core values of FG Next—sustainability and sharing. These values were shaped through cross-department discussions after the launch of the FG Next initiative in 2022, forming the foundation for Farglory’s direction moving forward.

Introducing the New Wood Formwork Bench
Since Project 1.0, the wood formwork chair has been one of the most iconic pieces of the Upcycling Project. META Design continues to expand the series and has introduced its fourth model—a three-seater wood formwork bench. The exhibition walls also present the detailed process of dismantling, processing, and reconstructing the formwork, allowing visitors to clearly understand the transformation behind a single chair.

Steadily Advancing Our Path Toward Sustainability
The Construction Waste Upcycling Project is a long-term effort that progresses across multiple stages. From workplace transformations, the development of recycled quartz stone, and the launch of our tile recycling program, to ongoing research in material flow systems—we continue to explore new possibilities for material regeneration. Our goal is to build a more complete circular model for the construction industry.
We will keep working with our green partners to make sustainability a part of daily practice and to deepen its value in every project we undertake.
