We participated in the META Motion 2024 | The Usefulness of the Useless exhibition, organized by our partner META Design at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park at the end of 2024. As part of the event, we opened our office space to the public, allowing visitors to see firsthand how construction waste is transformed into unique creations.
During the exhibition, we hosted four workplace tours, attracting visitors from different fields. Each tour began with a simple and engaging presentation, introducing Taiwan’s construction industry, the challenges of handling construction waste, and our company’s vision for the future. With this basic understanding, visitors could better appreciate that our office—built using construction waste—is not just a temporary gimmick but an effort to integrate sustainability into daily work life and corporate culture.

As visitors explored each floor, they not only admired the works on display but also heard honest stories about the challenges we faced. Project 1.0 introduced an office space built from construction waste, completely different from the traditional "white-collar office" environment. This contrast sparked strong reactions—both positive and negative—but more importantly, it created a valuable opportunity for internal discussions. Project 2.0 experimented with refining construction waste into high-quality furniture, proving that sustainability and aesthetics can coexist. Project 3.0 focused on increasing efficiency in repurposing construction waste, working with partners to develop new recycled materials.

Faced with questions from visitors, including professionals from the construction industry, we embraced an open-minded approach, sharing our progress and experiences. We believe that sustainability and shared knowledge can only grow stronger when more people participate. These projects not only raised public awareness but also sparked ongoing internal discussions about how businesses can take responsibility for environmental impact and implement real change.

(Visitors eagerly took photos of furniture, lighting, recycled materials, and art installations made from construction waste.)

(People not only saw the transformed furniture but also had the chance to touch and experience them up close.)
